let me explain i am in a two lane road, one lane each way i am heading east, in the right lane, i make a turn into the right lane of another road which is on my right, as i am halfway into the turn he hits me in my passenger side bedside, and pushes me into the other car which is in the other lane of the road i am turning into pushing both of us 6-9 feet, first of all for him to do that he is illeagally passing me through an intersection "well he attempted to" and to do the damage that he did he was speeding and tailgating.
