Any reason not to? I know my wife will freak about spending $200+ for a light (sigh) but such is life, eh? I think for my night hikes and caching it would be about ideal: more compact than my silver 3D LED modded Maglite, good throw and spill beam, and darn sexy too. I also like the idea of splurging for a turbo head at a later time too, making a nice M3T.

thanks!

Trust me This light is bright. This was my first surefire flashlight and i wasnt disappointed. It has a excellent hotspot for spotting and usable sidespill for walking. It looks awesome. This light is a great choice.
