Stinger Charger

Is the fast charger for the stinger harder on the batteries than the standard charger? Can the stinger be left in the fast charger like the standard charger without damage(Use for five minutes then put back on the charger)?

Yes, the fast charger will be harder on the battery.

And no, never just leave a light in the charger 24/7 unless you use it for a significant amount of time each day. Just leave it off the charger, then re-charge/top-up as you use the light, or once every couple of weeks if you don't use it at all over that time.

Probably not. But you can always give it a try. Generally, a NiCd fast charger will over-charge a NiMH pack and shorten its cycle-life, but it depends on how exactly they are doing the fast charge detection scheme.
