Hi folks,
here are some new toys for you.
I shortened 4D M*g to size of just a bit longer than 3D SIZE, bored out in 3 slots inside to accomodate 12GP2000 cells in special low resistance battery holder with built in charging jack, special stylish cross grooved body knurling for best grip and grooved (finned) head for best heat dissipation.
All 12 cells are connected in series for total voltage of 14.4 volt output.

You can use any capacity of uniform high rate 4/5A cells.
I highly recommend use 3 battery sticks of 4xGP2000 end to end soldered, without heat shrink cover by www.cheapbatterypacks.com when available.
End to end soldered batteries will have much more capable of high current (due to low resistance) also easy to install. No need any heat shrink cover over the pack and you must mention this when ordering from Cheapbatterypacks.
You can also use 2 of above sticks, one of 3 sticks with a dummy for 11 cell operation.
No need to remove batteries or tail cap for recharging. Simply plug in provided male jack and recharge it with your smart NiMH battery charger.
There are many bulb options such as Osram 62138 (11 cells), 64610 (11 cells), 64625 (11 cells), 64623 (12 cells) and ....

Comes in gun metal grey HA type III only.
Anodizing has been applied after all machine works.
All flashlights come with one battery holder and no other special item is included.
DO NOT overtighten or force battery holder.
No extra battery holder available and I will have to refund for returned damage flashlight/holder.
Price $155 each flashlight with one battery holder.
Dual function reflector $25 each
4/5A dummy $8
Boro lens $5.50
Shipping:
$10 to States for 1 or 2 units
$20 internationaly for each unit
It is Necessary to choose your own available number and option, post here and detail in paypal note with your CPF handle.
Paypal: DO NOT PAY
Please PM me for other type of payment.
All shipping will start 3 days after payment received and cleared in full.

PM sent about using these with 2/3A cells. If this holder would take 18 x 2/3A cells instead please put me down for number 2. Host plus battery holder plus international shipping only and I'll get paypal on the way.

Thanks, Vandrecken

As you see in picture, length of 6xIntellect 1200 is same as 4xGP2000
So it is possible to use 16, 17 or even 18 cells of 2/3A with proper dummies in same flashlight and battery holder.

Re: Fivemega's 12xGP2000 TO 3D M*g HA type III

Arrived safe and sound in UK. Superbly packed, this turns out to be an awesome piece of work. The light loaded up fine with 18 x 2/3A cells - fiddly with loose cells :) but the fit in the holder and then into the body is spot on. The machining is simply immaculate and blue-grey color of the anodize looks great.

This promises to be an outstanding light - I just hope I don't mess up fitting the Kiu lampholder and regulator in there.

Oh, and by the way, that knurling is AGGRESSIVE no way you'll drop this by accident.

Thanks Fivemega,

Vandrecken
