I have an old Hohner (sp?) acoustic that I used to play. Haven't seen it in so many years I can't remember what brand it is...

But...

Bass comes before Guitar in the alphabet...

I've been mostly on an acoustic for the last year, although I currently am borrowing my friend's Squier Strat. It's not a full-on Fender, but it's still fun to jam around on. I'm saving up for an Epiphone Les Paul, but that's still a ways away, so it's just the Squier for now.

As for tabs, one of my favorites to play is Landing in London from Three Doors Down. It's fairly easy (which fits me and my low skill level just right) and it's fun. Also has a hinting of a solo in it.

Note: it only works in Courier Font, as that's when all the text and staf lines line up right.
