And you don't know how much it costs to send it to Europe
... I got the same mail from SF. I have to stick to the rechargeable 123's (if possible).

You can't ship lithium batteries across the border anyway (or at least you're not supposed to) since they can be classified as hazardous or some such.
Good suggestion is call up mailboxes etc. in Blaine and get them to receive packages for you. Or you could use one of the several places in Point Roberts.
