Surefire + Crees

Search function is producing fatal memory errors when I try to use it.

Since I can't search, can someone lead me in the right direction, when is Surefire making the Cree models (L5, etc), and what are the specs exactly?

I believe that the specs for the updated lights are in the PDF catalogue on the SureFire web site with a tentative release date of some time this summer.

cree drop in would be very nice

Thats what im waiting for too,I'm waiting to mod a KL1 or someone to sell moded kl1s. Everytime someone has one for sale, i miss out.

I very much doubt that will ever happen from SureFire.

The updated KL1, (aka KX1) has a Cree XR-E LED behind a new TIR optic.
Likely be a while before the bezel is sold individually since normally SureFire release the whole flashlight first.
