What kind of Mags are these LED?

I was just looking around the CPF here and I came across this picture and started wondering who made these lights? Do you buy them like that or do you have to make them into that? How much does something like that run for after it's been modified, or how much are the parts to do it? Does anyone ever sell them here, if so how much? I'm talking about the two laying down, bottom left and right.

Milkyspit and Elektrolumens also make modified Maglites. DIY mods multi emitter setups will run you above $100.

So much of the price depends on exactly what combination of parts you end up using. How many LEDS, what type, what type of driver, which heatsink, optics/plastic reflectors/metal reflectors, host and battery combination, etc. But to give you an idea, I just sold one of my best 4 LED modified lights for $225.
