First, let me say that I am a noob to matters of high-tech flashlights. I have several, however, and my use of high-end lights goes way back to very early Surefires. On to my question:

It has been said by many that the Gladius strobe frequency is ideal for disorientation. How does this frequency (whatever it might be) compare to the frequency of Fenix lights or the T20?

I do not yet own a Gladius and think the price is a bit high.

Gladius strobe frequency seems identical or very close to that of the Novatac P120. It is considerably higher than that of the Fenix P1DCE that I had - which was more like a special effect toy... Gladius strobe IS (at least temporarily) disorienting IMO to someone with dark-adapted vision. No experience with the T20.
