What Nuwai is this?

I haven't seen it before, and I searched the Nuwai website and saw it as a future model with a Rebel LED.
Is this light available elsewhere without the huge mark-up?

But this is the 1-mode version. Brighter, single mode, but looks otherwise identical.

It is confusing. The body looks like the new rebels that are coming out. The print on the side of the light (zoom in) says "3 watt". The advertisement also says 90 lumens. I believe this is what The 3 watt luxeons put out. I would not pay $150 for a light from Nuwai. Nothing against Nuwai, I have had a few but they are not worth that much IMO.

The police version is marked up twice. Once for being the "police version", and again for who is selling it. As you can see, the rebranded Nuwai's such as the Rayovac 1watt and 3watt Highbeams can be had for $20-30 at a B&M store. This new model looks like almost the same light, just with a slightly upgraded body style and new emitter. Just wait for the rebrand version.
