I have a p3d rebel 100 and i keep it on my nightstand.I was wondering if its bad to keep it on the turbo mode.I would like to keep it there if its not bad for it any input would be greatly appreciated

You mean that you are keeping the light off with the head screwed all the way in, right? That is not a problem!
The only issue is that you shouldn't run it on turbo for extended periods of time while in a hot environment, but as long as there is no risk of it becoming accidentally activated, having the head screwed on for turbo/strobe is not a problem!

yes that is what i meant you know incase of that unexpected visitor in the middle of the night.Dont want to have to remeber to scroll to turbo.I want to get the microfire k3500 to bad Optics HQ stopped carrying it they had a good price.want something like that!
