novatac pocket clip idea ?

i seen these at light hound and was wondering if the they will work with other lights im getting a inova x5 and it dont have a clip and was wondering if the light barrel size is close to the novatac ?... if so does anyone have one laying around they dont use as i cant see paying 7 bucks for shipping :thinking:

I sold all my X5's last week, so i don't have one laying around for an actual test, but i'm gonna say it won't work, im 99% sure the 5x is too thin compared to the novatac.

ahh darn wish someone would make pocket clips

The X5 is wayyy too thin. The entire X5 goes through the clip with about 1mm on each side.

i notice my cell phone holster had this elastic band on the side and said hey i bet that would work and well it did holds the light pretty tight :thumbsup:
