I've got 6 18650 2500mAh cells I'd like to use to create a 15Ah battery pack that will drive two DX P7 lights modded for external power.

What is the best way to create a pack that will easily mountable on a bike frame (thinking with just a velcro strap)? I was just going to use a glue gun to secure them to each other, wire them in parallel and then wrap them in something. Also, I was going to set the pack up with Anderson powerpole connectors so I can disconnect it easily to charge.

I actually just found a decent plastic enclosure at RadioShack for $3. Will hold 8 16850s so thats perfect. Now, how should I connect these batteries in parallel, is soldering wire the best bet?

I have seen batt packs made to fit inside a water bottle, you can just slot it in your bottle carrier on the bike!

Hope this helps.
