If you have an old MSA type helmet lamp (or any other kind that uses the BM32 bulb, 4V 1.0A) here is a great deal for you. Instead of paying $13.00 each at IMO or any other place you can find them (if you can find these rare bulbs at all) try this:

American Science & Surplus has some similar bulbs for sale- The same dimensions as BM32, but are 4v 1.5 A- and are 6 for $2.00 I bought some and they DO work great in my MSA lamps, even though they are advertised as "auto lamps". They are single filament unlike the standard bulb, so you don't have that backup filament, but at this price, you can carry all the spare bulbs you want.

Because they are higher amperage than the standard bulb, you will have brighter light but a little less battery run time. They focus even better than the standard ones- you get a nice sharp spot at distance without the interference of the other filament.

They don't have the offset pins, so you have to wiggle them a bit to get them in, but work fine once you get them seated.

They might be usefull for other purposes too.
