Ricardo Montalban dead at 88. I guess he was in failing health for a while.

He had some interesting roles.

I honestly think this was one of Ricardo Montalban's best performances but I"m prejudiced for ST

RIP.

One of my favorite actors, especially for his performance as Kahn. At least he hung on for a really long time.

That was such a fine performance.


He gave a very powerful, moving portrayal.

I stopped by to see his Ricardo Montalban Theatre in downtown Los Angeles a few years ago. I was surprised to see him in a wheel chair, which I read was the result of back surgery in 1993 that was to correct an injury from the 1950's.

Such a wonderful actor to watch. He had a command presence in whatever role he played. Beside playing Kahn and Mr. Roarke, I remember him in Naked Gun and The Planet of the Apes. Who could forget those commercials for the Chysler Cordoba. Eugene Levy of SCTV did a funny parody of them in the 1980's.

May your casket be lined in Rich Corinthian Leather. :candle:

Off topic.. slightly: White wall tires even..... Watching that commercial makes me feel old. I t seems like just last week they were showing....
