Thanks for these great comparison shots. Comparison beamshots like these are really useful.

In the pictures of the lights, which is the Wolf Eyes Sniper?

Can you make a picture of WE Fox with wide focus?

Very good comparison.
I'm very impressed with the WE Sniper.
Lots of light from such a small package.

Yes the WE lights are underestimated, the new R2 most likely performs even better. I think the WE LED drop-ins should be in the same group as the Malkoff and LF.

I think the lumens are 580 and not sure of the run time, dont use this light much, the info should be on one of the WE sites. The new models have either Q5's or R2's now.

The Sniper is available in both, Incan and LED......with a variety of tailcaps/switches......with or without rechargeable cells and charger.......you choose what combination you want.

Wolf-Eyes rules! Best manufacturer from Asia, hands down!

Its not until you do a test like this that you realize what is actually going on as far as performance is concerned. After looking at the series of photos a number of times WE is consistent in producing well balanced lights, my favs are the Angel, Sniper and the Thunder, followed by the LF 3.7 Special tint and Malkoff M30. The most surprising thing is that the M30 is not on top of the list even though it is a nice lamp.......and the Novatac 120T I would put near the bottom.

Shows how much i know.
I thought they were Australian:ohgeez:

I don't think Australia makes any popular flashlights that are talked about on CPF, perhaps we don't make any lights for that matter, not sure.

As a result, can't be reprimanded for not buying local. :)

Cernobila, that is a very impressive and informative comparison of beamshots. The tree on the right is well placed, it gives a good indication of the spill while the windows allow you to judge the intensity of the hotspot. :twothumbs
