I think I have all the possible flashlights I could possibly need. Could it be true?

I've now got a custom Serv-Light headlamp, a Zebralight H60 and H50, two modified PT Apex headlamps, Deerelight R2 and MC-E, a couple 6P's with various drop-ins and tailcaps, Nitecore D10, 2 Fenix L2d's, several L0D's, L1D, P2D, a few E01's, and now finally a titanium Lummi Wee with trits to wear around my neck, as well as many others that I won't bother to list.

Other than an HID, I can't really think of anything that wouldn't just duplicate what I already have. . . .

Could it really be that there's not another flashlight I need?

I have all the lights I need and want now, it isn't really very many. Now I just focus on making them perform the way I want them to. Collecting was never my motivation, I have practical lighting needs I want practical lighting solutions for.

Mod one of those 6Ps for a Malkoff M30 + 1x18650. A very righteous member is offering FREE 18650 lathe boring in the marketplace right now for 6 and 9Ps.

That will get you more Lumens, longer run times than your Deere-R2 (*edit* assuming your deere is 2x16340), cooler operating temps than your MC-E and a beam that both floods and throws

You're just suffering a temporary condition known as normal-lightis. It'll go away soon enough. There are already hints it's receding if you read your own post again. Something about HID .... :D

You have an awesome light collection YuccaPatrol!

I think you just need to get a powerful spotlight now and then you will be 100% satisfied. I recommend the Stanley rechargeable HID spotlight or Coleman 530 lumen LED spotlight.

Don't be ridiculous. With all those lights, you're definitely a flashaholic. There's no escaping the need for more lights. I've been through with lights, several times, always just one or two away from my very last. Look at me, now: I'm unemployed (staying home with the baby), not making any money, don't have any money, yet, I've managed to spend over $300 on flashlights in the past month. Fortunately, I've sold more than that, but still, I could be using that money for other stuff, like savings, groceries, diapers...but no, what did I spend it on? Flashlights! These days, I only use a flashlight around the house, yet, I bought several that are too bright for such use. Makes no sense.

Unemployed and obviously fertile...hmm... how about making more babies and selling those? It's a home manufacturing money making opportunity that doesn't need specialist knowledge or tools. All you need is a good advertising thread for the Market Place to generate pre-orders.

Yup, it's totally possible. That said:

Is not what you need, is what you want.

I still want other lights. However, I simply cannot justify buying them anymore (so I buy presents for others).

Far side of crazy.
You're just suffering from the modern day affliction of having too many choices. Take a breather, I just wish that I could listen to my own advice.:candle:
