Shame on me for not getting a SKU number but I noticed at Costco today they are offering a three pack of aluminum 3AAA lights for $15 including batteries. Each one has 14, I believe 5mm LEDs and two settings activating either 4 or all 14 (I think it was 14) LEDs and claimed a 40 lumen output. Forget the manufacturer. I didn't buy it as I have enough better quality lights that I don't use but may give in sometime in the future.

I saw those a couple of days ago. At first I thought it was a 3-pack with high power leds. If that were the case, I'd have bought them for work loaners. But I've never been impressed with those multi-5mm lights.

Yeah, I have these. Lame, blue output, nowhere near 40 lumens, and not worth the $5 each. Beefy solid body, but I don't like the three position switch. I'd rate it a do not buy.
