Off Topic - Paypal compromised?

Totally off-topic, but I know a lot of us are using PP for routine transactions.

I got an email from my dad today (does IT stuff) from his army buddy, who is head of security for Texas (yes, the entire state, though I'm pretty sure it's tech-related). Paypal's SSL has some sort of error in it that allows exploitation, essentially sending money to a company you're not intending.

Without his permission I don't want to quote his email, and I'm not a technogeek to understand most of it anyway, but I thought I'd pass it along.

Edit: I'm trying to see if I can get a decent source on this, besides an email... check back later.
