How to center the LED in a McR-27XR?

Hello,

I was wondering how you usually go around centering the LED in wider reflector openings.

Specifically, I have a McR-27XR reflector and a XR-E Aleph-compatible LE, but I have no idea how to get the LED centered (the McR-27XR has a much larger opening than the LED diameter and the threads have some tolerance... :ohgeez:

).

Any suggestions?

Depending on the host maybe a delrin centering ring can be used.
This ring sits at the back of the reflector and fits the metal ring of the XR-E.

As you mentioned, it seems that a fitting ring is the solution.
