Flashlight to Laser?????

i was wondering if there was a light that i could put a laser diode in, the laser diode has a clicky button on it to, like this guy has on the link below

Not sure what you are trying to ask,
if you diffuse a laser to make bigger spot & try to use it like a flashlight,
I can imagine it won't be very bright, as Laser output is very small if measured by lumens.

Just buy one from china for like, 60 or 70 bucks.

If you want to put a laser module in a light (diodes do not have buttons, modules can) you will probably need to heatsink it. Do some reading over at laserpointerforums.com. You will also need to remove the button and solder a wire across the connections, so it is always on when power is supplied.
