Thank you, Law Enforcement Officers.

I felt the need to thank you all tonight. Thank you for doing a job I wouldn't want to do.

There was a fugitive felon, hiding out in my girfriend's neighborhood last night. Helicopters were flying over looking for him, officers all about the area.

They got him this evening. I watched it happen. He was hiding in someone's garage, one block from my girlfriend's house.

I feel safer tonight.

Ah, it occured in daylight.

I saw what I think was one of the officers take a shot at the guy, and I saw him fall, but after some time, they loaded him up in the car. He appeared to be O.K., although, not in the best mood.

I'm guessing they probably used one of the bean bag lauchers then.
