Lux production of 4Sevens Quark R5 AA

Just got a new watch which is solar charges an internal battery, and while reading the manual saw a chart relating the amount of lux to which the face is exposed to the time required to charge. Can anyone tell me the amount of lux produced by a 4Sevens Quark R5 AA in turbo mode at a distance of around 4 inches from the watch face? I'm guestimating thats the distance at which the main hotspot in the light fills the solar cell of the face. It seems like a feel somewhat simple math conversions to me but I truly have no idea. The bezel of the flashlight has a diameter of 11/16 inches and its max mode is 109 otf lumens. If anyone can leave me the formulas or even better just tell me the lux that would be great.
