when building up some greykits i was looking to positively seal the bezel-nx05 joint.
maybe thin silicone rubber sheeting die cut to size?
it has a good system to clamp the optic securely and evenly so a thin gasket that would conform to the 2 parts irregularities would do the trick imho.

You might also be able to put a thin bead of silicone where the optic meets the bezel lip. Leave it loose with the optic facing up so there is a gap and after the silicone dries, tighten the ring to compress the silicone.

You have enough greys to require an assembly line?! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

Well anyway, I don't know where you might get thin silicone gaskets cut to fit the LS.

Let us know how you make out. I've got a couple greys that I'll tackle someday. BTW, would you happen to have any of the shottky diodes? I need 2 or 3.
