What would be the best flashlight to carry for self defense? Looking for something with rock solid reliability, bright enough to temporarily blind an attacker, aggressive enough to inflict a serious wound when used as a striking weapon, tough enough to be able to withstand the impact of pummelling someone with it, and small enough to carry on a belt (nothing big like a MagLite).
