I've done a bit of searching, and found some good opinions and some bad opinions of the ol streamlights.
I happen to like mine! I have a Twintask 2L that I use fairly regularly for when I have to play army at night, and I've been very happy with the performance. However, I was wondering if there was a way to modify the light at all, and replace the center bulb with a high output LED?
Also, if there is a way to upgrade the three surround LEDs to something with a slightly higher output. One thing I like about the light is the burn time, it lasts about 10 hours on the LED setting, and about 2 hours on the bulb.
I'd sacrifice a small amount of burn time for a bit more output.
Do I have any options? Thanks in advance, all!
Edit: I am completely new to the flashlight scene, I heard about this forum yesterday. I have no idea on where to start for modifying this thing, or if it's even possible. Hope to learn a lot here!
