O-rings on McLux

Just reminding everyone to keep a little lube on your o-rings. I have a McLux that I EDC and I always keep a little Nygel on the rings, but I have another that has just been sitting on a shelf at home. I looked close at it and there lying next to it was a little round rubber ring. Odd, thought I. Upon closer inspection it was a broken and dried up and cracked round rubber ring. It used to be the ring on my McLux power pack. I just ordered a bunch more from Wayne. I guess if ya don't keep these puppies lubed they do dry up and break. Just passing along a little info is all.

Thanks for the info. My ring was actually already cracking when I got my McLux but I've been too lazy to look for a replacement. And it's always a dangerous proposition going to dat2zip's site--might buy more than just a few O-rings.
