Help - problem with tailcap and body

Can anyone tell me why a Z41 tailcap doesn't work with an Angelfire A1 body (3P clone)? When I install the tailcap on this body with a battery inserted, the button doesn't push. If I unscrew it a little ways, then the switch works sporadically. Will a McClicky internal work with an Angelfire body?

I recently bought the same tube for a 3p project, and I experienced the same problem. However my tube came with an angelfire clicky that did in fact work. Although I am very curious to as why the surefire will not. Im not sure about the mcclicky working, but the angelfire ones definitely do. I think I will be buying a 5mega tube, I wasn't aware of them until after I ordered my angelfire unit.
