With lights like the Fenix TK35 and the Eagletac M3C4, how exactly do you get at the batteries to change them? From what I am reading it seems you have to unscrew several small screws to get the carrier out. Is this true? It seems like a pain in the *** way to swap or charge batteries. Am I missing something?

Ahhh. I'm a dummy. I've been working all week and I'm exhausted. It honestly never occurred to me the batteries can be removed from the head, with all the talk about the screws on the back. Give me a smack.

He's right. Just unscrew the head and the carrier comes right out. I have two of them. The screws on the back seem to be a problem if you install the clicky or mess with them. I don't mess with them.
