Hey everyone,
Sorry to be repeating a similar question that I had about a maglite that I own. I have a Stinger HP LED (C4 emitter and the standard streamlight nicad stick) and I used to think it was bright, etc.. Since buying an X10, S12, S18 and a couple of other lights I've realized that the SL was maybe not such a good deal.
My question is two fold, first being.. Is the light really great at something I'm missing? It has a larger deep reflector and pretty tight hotspot, but it's just not that bright. Second question is, how difficult would it be and is it possible to run a different emitter (xm-l, etc) and are there any batteries that may work in the SL body.. 18650, etc..
Thanks in advance for any help!
