Looking for the longest burn time LED lights in both AA and AAA ?
Please make some suggestions and approximate run times - Thanks

What do you consider 'burning?' There's quite a few AA lights that will kick photons out for days on one AA, but they're low-brightness at that level. The Quark AA can be a good introduction to high-power flashlights with a fairly low level, (0.2 lumens is quite bright once your eyes have adjusted), for a decent price.

My lights :):

- 4Sevens Preon Revo 1xAAA
- 4Sevens Quark 1 or 2 xAA (XP-Gs not XM-Ls)
- Zebralight [SC or H] 51s

From what I've read of the runtime tests here of these lights:
- 1xAAA will probably get in the range of 40-60 hrs with NiMH-Alks @ 1.5 lumens
- 1xAA probably 250-450 hrs range with NiMh-Alks @ 0.2 lumens
- Lithium primaries seem to bump runtimes @ > 1 lumen modes
- But Alks seem to give the best at the ultra low moonlight draws
- Running 2xAA on the Quark appears to be like 1+1=3 in terms of runtime due to better efficiency at higher voltages
- ZL's moonlight is PWM

4Seven Quark AA.

Moonlight mode, 10 days

0.2 lumens, doesn't sound like anything. However in pitch dark, it can be more than enough.
