A few weeks ago I bought the Nitecore/Jetbeam Intellicharger I4. It will charge either NiCad AA, AAA, or C's, or NiMh AA, AAA, C's, or Li-Ion 18650's, RCR123's, 26650's, 22650's, 17670's, 18490's, 17500's, 17335's, 16340's, 14500's, and 10440's.

It does them ALL just about! It has 4 bays for 4 batteries at a time. It's a smart charger, so it automatically realizes what types of batteries you put in it, and monitors and charges each battery independently. It monitors everything and uses the appropriate voltage and charge mode. It automatically stops when its done. Has reverse polarity protection, etc.

It was only about $25-$30 or so. Its been great so far.
