Hi everyone,

Hope someone can help with this: I started having a problem with one of my standard Arc AAA's about a month ago. Occasionally the light wouldn't turn on, but unscrewing the LED assembly all the way off and putting it back on again rectified the problem.

I also got an Arc AAA for a work colleague and now hers has started doing the same thing. A bit embarrassing as I'd persuaded her to get one instead of a photon...

Any suggestions? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif

Thanks,

Agree with Atrick-Pay.
Or your battery positive nipple has been sunken .My Arc cannot run on my rechargeable cause the battery both positive and negative ends has sunken a bit due to too tight when use on other lights before.

Your best bet may be to send off an e-mail to the good folks at Arc explaining the situation. I am guessing that they will then recommend sending in the lights for repair/replacement.

Don't worry, they will take very good care of you & your Arcs.

This has happened to an ARC I had before too after about a month. I sent it in to ARC and they got me a replacement. I'm happy to say several months later it's still working flawlessly.
