Just received mine a few days ago. Wasn't as shiny as the picture, but after scrubbing a little with some compound,
nice and bright. This is regarding the finish, not the LED.
I don't have enough experience to comment on the brightness of the light itself, sorry. Shipment was fast.

Would this be the link with some more info? I think it's the same person? URL

I fell asleep playing with it and was happy to see it right next to my face the next morning!
