I barely trust myself with a soldering iron, and don't want to risk overheating leds in an attempt to solder them onto some SinkPads I purchased. Anyone know of a reliable source to commission a few mcpcb reflow solders? About 10 standard star boards probably.

you can try some places which have them ready such as led-tech.de and cutter.com.au

If you can't monitor temperature, I wouldn't risk it for premium top output bins on copper stars. If you can monitor temperature, just read the LED's datasheet. Esp. Cree, will tell you exactly what temperatures to use, how long to heat up the parts, how long you can keep the heat on the parts to get the solder to flow, etc.

I can barely fry an egg... I burnt my wife's this morning! Hence asking for recommendations of a pro shop that will do it for a fee.
