My 18650 gavina arrived today, as i opened the package i noticed the light was already on at about 20lumens on a slow strobe.. I pulled the battery and put a fresh one in but its still on a very light, slow strobe. Only way i can stop the strobe is to pull the battery out. Cant seem to cycle through modes either. Any idea what is going on? Thankyou
