My Regalight WT1 is Completely Dead. What Do I do with a dead light?

This is an old light, but built very well. It doesn't work anymore. Any suggestions on what I should do? Perhaps give it away? (I don't want to mod it myself). Can someone else mod it for me?

Give it away, or maybe mod it yourself to see if maybe you actually DO want to mod it yourself. It's broken as is, so you aren't gonna make it worse.

I can't tell if it has any driver/regulation circuit other than the two mode clicky with a resistor on board. What kind of "doesn't work anymore" does it do?
