Hi Guys,

So, nobody wanted my lonely Quark turbo aa battery tube, so I decided to do a quick mod into a copper-clad 14500 tube. I cut it down to about 2mm longer than an aa tube to better fit a protected 14500, then reduced the diameter to fit inside a 3/4 copper pipe, which just happens to be the same size as a quark body. I decided to eliminate the clip area at the same time since it does not work on a shorty turbo anyway. I gave it a 2,000 grit finish, and there we are! I think it looks pretty good next to its tuxedo little brother. Next up will be a neutral XML2 on copper!

Cheers, Dan
