Cast your vote for your favorite 3 x CR123 Light!

Malkoff drop ins are considered Malkoff lights regardless of host - with the exception of the Elzetta M61 which is considered "other".

Elzetta Charlie includes ALL - 3 x CR123 Elzetta Lights -
with the exception of the Elzetta M61 which is considered "other".

If you vote other - please list your light below.

Surefire C3 with a Malkoff M60 sits in my duty belt. Tailcap is a malkoff also.

Interesting, I would have to consider this a Malkoff.

I would define the light by the light....

Thanks for participating!

Surefire M3 with a 3 mode drop in from Tana....not far behind would be a neutral tinted Malkoff Wilcat V4 on a MD3 body and a Surefire Z3 bored for 18500s with a M61SHO 219B :grin2:

SureFire C3-HA with SW01 ( "Fatty" ) and KT2 assembly .... The only problem is that the N2 lamp is basically now impossible to find. Malkoff MD60 will work, however.

My vote is for the Elzetta three-cell ZFL-M60, because that is the only light I have ever used with that configuration. But generally, I think 3xCR123 is a poor choice. I prefer multiples of two, and compatibility with 18650s.

I have the Elzetta 3-cell ZFL-M60, and I call that a Malkoff, because that is what it is. So I voted "Malkoff".
The Elzetta "Charlie" is a later variant with non-Malkoff light engine. That is a different light.
I only would buy the early ones with the Malkoff light engine, personally.

I have several MD3 Malkoff bodies which I use on my Hound Dogs and Wildcats. But I normally use 2x18500 in them, and only 3xCR123 in them as back-up for emergency use.

Yup, I have a feeling you are not alone. The Elzetta / Malkoff dilemma didn't hit me until after I posted the thread. I think most "other" is Elzetta with Malkoff drop ins...

Just to throw a wrench into the mix, although I do not own one (but want one), Sunwayman F30R.
