New SF Luxeon

Sorry if this has been discussed already. I haven't been able to find anything about it, but I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for either.

I was looking at Surefire's website yesterday and a popup came up which I reflexively closed before thoroughly reading it, but now I wished I hadn't. It was for a new Luxeon weapons light that SF was coming out with sometime this spring, and they listed it as waterproof to 30 ft.

Does anyone know anything about this light?

I didn't realize SF made any lights that were depth rated from the factory (aside from the 6PN) Is this going to be a new trend for them? I hope so.

Does anyone know why SF depth rates their weapons lights but not their personal lights?

Welcome to CPF Chris!

Almost all SureFires are capable of being rated waterproof. The X200 WeaponLight is Mil Spec for which I understand that waterproofness is one of the requirements.
