Boring Five Mega body?

Hello, has anyone done any boring on a Five Mega body? I find that they are slightly too narrow for protected batteries.

Which body do you have with mentioned problem? Any link?
Which protected won't fit?

I have an 18350 and 18500, want to use them with a Zero Rez Shorty. Protected 18500 and 18650's just slightly too wide to fit.

It is possible to bore and enlarge battery barrel but not much because material left under o'ring grooves are limited.

Diameter of protected 18500 is not as much as protected high capacity 18650
