Gentlemen, I cannot find a replacement bulb for my Borealis. As some of you know, it is a WA 01185 and they have been discontinued for about 8 years. I am on my last bulb. I am retired and on S.S., so I can't afford a new flashlight, especially since this works so well for me.
Thank you for your time and expertise.

If it is a bi-pin WA01185, you can go WA01331 or WA01318
Both are little less bright than WA01185 but work well.
You can find them in Custom Modified section of this forums.

Thank you, fivemega. Of the two you recommend, what are the differences in terms of lumens and runtime?I have an unmodified Borealis powered by 9 eneloops

They both have similar voltage, similar wattage and pretty much same output.
There are slight differences on LCL (level of fillament) which does not effect on focusable M*glite.
As Juanco suggested, slight battery bleeding will prevent from lamp flashing.
