I have a home-brew utility light project in mind and I am looking to obtain a LED + MCPCB + reflector combination with the following specifications...
This reflector+LED assembly will be mounted in the middle of a large steel plate - this isn't a cylindrical handheld design.
I'm still in the early days of this project and everything above is still flexible so ideas are welcome / encouraged.
I'm planning to power this from a high capacity (84 Watt-hour) 12 V LiFePO4 rechargeable battery.
- Maximum reflector diameter (at the front end) of 65mm / 2.5 inches
- Maximum reflector depth (front to back, ignoring LED assembly) of 45mm / 1.75 inches
- Somewhere between 2000 and 5000 lumens
- Voltage anywhere from 3 V to 12 V (I'm planning to install CC&CV buck-boost control and active fan cooling / aluminium heat-sinking)
- Any colour temperature / tint (sacrilegious I know!)
- Floody with a wee bit of a hotspot would be preferred
