New 18500s and 16650s. What lights should I use them in?

I recently ordered some 16650s to use in 6P and C2 surefire hosts. The retailer mistakenly sent some 18500s, so now I have both. 4 of each.

Can anyone recommend how to use these? Which malkoff dropins will work well with a single 16650, and what host/light is a good setup for the 18500s?
I have lots of Malkoff dropins, md2,3,4...A19 extenders...etc.

Let me know your thoughts.

You can use the 18500's in an MD3 instead of 3 x primaries and you can have Martin White make you an MD1.5 to use a single 18500. Any M61 (and the new M91) will run on the 16650 at a reduced output. You can look at INFRNL's runtime thread to get an idea of runtimes and output from these combinations.
