I understand LS40R 12,000 lumen is a more powerful floodlight than the LR35R 10,000 lumen, and additionally has a spotlight mode, which is only 1,000 lumen and thus not very useful. Does spotlight capability compromise its floodlight capability as a result?
The Olight Marauder 2 is very similar to the LR40R on paper, but I'm not familiar with their quality.
