Hi, the Ripoffs CO37 nylon sheath with metal clip works good, try it on in ripoffs.com
I bought a small Buck knife nylon sheath from Smokey Mountain knife works for my LS. I found that it would snap shut over the Arc4+ nicely. I can't remember what I paid but I think it was about three bucks. I threw it in with another order to save the shipping.
I did a quick search there but I didn't see it. There were several other small sheaths that might work though.

I use the Ripoffs CO37 also. Great sheath - easy on and easy off but secure while on. But Ripoffs doesn't sell to consumers. Call their customer service and they will give you the names of some of their distributors.
