New Coleman Flashlight

While at Wally World in Lancaster, CA yesterday, I picked up a new Coleman 2-D flashlight with "WideBeam Technology" see pitcher . I'd do a beam shot but there ain't no beam, just a pretty wide, smooth flood of light with just a few artifacts near the extreme edges. Would seem to be a pretty good light for walking a trail. Of course, you'd need to bring another light for long distance work. The included PR-based bulb is described as "Super Bright Xenon Blue-Tipped Bulb Provides A Whiter Light". It comes with "Heavy-Duty" batteries. $8.87.
