Arc AA / lux mod ?

I'm in the process of modding an arc AA with a lux HD. The plan is to use a Lamda SMD+ kit and squeeze the components closer together in an effort to reduce the dia. enough to fit into a machined out head. Power will be 1/2 of a duracell CR-V3 cell. If it works it should deliver about 500ma to the lux.

The part I quite haven't figured out yet is What to do about the reflector or optic or lens or what ever. I'm looking for ideas and sources. I know Lux's have been put into these hosts before. So, what has been done in the past?

I'm new with the Arc AA, so I'm bumping this thread hoping I can find the link (from the quote) to do an Arc AA mod... Anyone ? Any other tips for modding an Arc AA welcome in this thread also...
