I recently took the HA off from my turquoise AAA with a dremel tool, It looks fantastic, but now I have a question. Has anyone ever cut the end off their AAA? I want to make the end flush to reduce the legenth a bit, but I am curious if this is not wise (making the material on the end too thin) I thought the batt contact area was like a cone, but its actually flat with just a little bump for the contact. I don't want an open-ended AAA! Anyone?
