Ultra Stinger head on regular Stinger?

I'm no expert. But, why can't you put the replacement head for the SuperStinger, in order to upgrade to an Ultra, on the regular Stinger?

Nope. I even e-mail Streamlight about that one. The stinger and super stinger are different voltages.

They might be mechanically compatable, but I don't know. It wouldn't do you much good anyway.

The US head fits fine on a Stinger, BUT the US bulb is a different voltage, and the regular Stinger bulb in a US head gives a terrible beam, pretty much a giant ring, with no usable light...
